The gym was excellent (especially the equipment!). I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The rooms featured good tv choices and firm beds. I really liked helpful housekeeping staff.
I found the room to be small. Old wooden cabinetry was damaged. Balcony doors did not function well.

I stayed in a superior king room for three nights. I loved the room's size and the daily service. housekeeping ensured fresh towels and water were always available. i really appreciated the prompt attention to any requests i made. i also found the staff consistently polite.
the breakfast buffet was crowded each morning, so it was difficult to find a quiet table.

My room contained a king-size bed and a balcony with garden views. the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a separate shower. air conditioning kept the room cool. I also liked the minibar service.

Breakfast was served buffet-style with varied options that included both local and international dishes. the on-site restaurants offered diverse cuisines. I visited two of them. poolside dining offered lighter meal options during the day. it was all delicious! though the restaurants were pricy.

the hotel has multiple swimming pools and a gym with modern equipment. i saw several water sports activities available on the beach. the spa provided massage treatments and other services. i really enjoyed the pools.

We enjoyed comfortable beds and a shower that was really great. cleaning service was prompt and we had fresh water in our room each morning. tamarind restaurant became our favorite spot. we had a romantic dinner with balinese food on the beach. It was private and worth the money. i would stay here again!
Some of the sunbeds were uncomfortable. These need upgrading.

The staff throughout the hotel were super friendly. arini, the front office manager, was especially helpful. She always provided quick assistance and had a lovely attitude. donna, the restaurant manager, made sure the service was excellent.

the hotel has a private beach for easy walks and relaxation! the hotel has many amenities and the hotel is near the airport. a nice boardwalk stretches along the beachfront giving easy access to neighboring resorts.

The rooms were very clean. This included excellent amenities. I enjoyed the 'quiet pool'. The beds are comfortable, and I found both a games room and sports center with a number of options. I found the service here to be excellent.
The signage around the extensive grounds could be a little clearer, as I got turned around once or twice (but it wasn't a major problem).

The Palace Club King Room Lagoon Access features beautiful traditional carvings and is very spacious. It has a lovely balcony with direct access to the lagoon, perfect for a refreshing dip. The bathroom includes both a shower and a separate bathtub.

Staff members offered warm greetings and prompt assistance throughout the resort. The concierge service was quick and helpful when arranging excursions. The staff seemed genuinely interested in.
